An air-defense brigade under the Lanzhou Military Area Command (MAC) of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) was open to 70-odd reporters from nearly 50 Chinese and overseas media at 13:55 on July 29, 2013, marking the official start of the 6th “Media's Chinese military Visit”. The brigade is mainly equipped with the HQ-7B air defense missile, PG99 35mm twin anti-aircraft artillery gun and PG59 57mm anti-aircraft artillery gun.
