Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) may order new Toros tracked armoured vehicles for its units deployed in the Arctic Region, according to a source in the defense industry. The Toros was unveiled for the first time to the public at Army-2015, the International Military-Technical Forum which was held in Moscow (Russia) in September 2015.
