Russian combat engineers have accomplished their Palmyra demining mission assigned by President Vladimir Putin, Yuri Stavitsky, head of the Russian Corps of Engineers, told the journalists on Friday. "The mission assigned by the president of the Russian Federation has been accomplished," he said.
