Russia’s Uralvagonzavod armor producer has signed a long-term contract with the Russian Defense Ministry for the delivery of T-15 heavy infantry fighting vehicles, Head of the Defense Ministry’s Defense Procurement Department Colonel Mikhail Osyko said on Monday, April 25.
