The Russian Defense Ministry will focus on developing military infrastructure in the Arctic and on the Kuril Islands in 2016-2020, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Friday. This year, Russia will deploy coastal defense missile systems and new-generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the Kuril Islands, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
